Upgrade and retrofit works to the existing Marconi Building to achieve a BER B standard through various interventions such as establishing seasonal boiler efficiency, upgrade of AHU's, installation of lighting controls, replacing light fittings with LED lighting, installation of heat pump for the hot water system and space heating, gas fired HWS boiler, plant enclosure modifications, MCC and controls, TRV's on all radiators, replacement of LTHW pumps, commissioning of heating system, installation of solar PV panels, insulating the roof and re-roofing works, pumped cavity insulation and airtightness measures
