Mews Building & Stables

Client: Irish Landmark Trust
Architect: Shaffrey Associates
This unique development comprised an original Georgian mews with living quarters above stables and coach house.
The restored stables and coach house are now used for their original purpose being a day stable for the Garda Mounted Support Unit.
The accommodation above the stables and coach house is available for short term letting as with most of the Irish Landmark Trust premises.
The project was carried out using a cost reimbursement contract, on a phased basis, as funds became available.
