Andrew has 30 years’ experience working in Private Quantity Surveying Practice in both Ireland and the UK and is the Managing Partner of APNA since establishment in 1993. Andrew has a wealth of experience in all aspects of construction and property consultancy services.

Damien has worked in the construction industry for a Property Development Company, and in Private Quantity Surveying Practice since 2006 with APNA. Damien and has gained a wealth of experience in construction cost control and property, with particular expertise in procurement, conservation & restoration work, project monitoring, insurance reinstatement valuation, and sustainable construction.

Kevin has worked in the construction industry in Private Quantity Surveying Practice since 2006 with APNA. Kevin has attained a wide range of experience in construction cost control and property, with particular expertise in cost management and analysis, restoration & refurbishment works, fit out and process auditing services. Kevin is involved with a number of Professional Groups within the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) including Quantity Surveying, House Building, and Tender & Construction Indices.

Richard studied in Ireland through the College of Estate Management, Reading University and was elected a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1985. Following the autonomy of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland Richard was elected a Professional Associate of the SCSI in 1993, and a Fellow of both the SCSI (1994) and RICS (1995). Richard is also an SCSI Accredited Conservation Surveyor and member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Michael has over 20 years’ of experience in the construction Industry, with background primarily with multinational professional quantity surveying practices and property development companies in Ireland, UK and Australia. Michael’s areas of expertise include Project Management, Cost Management, Value Engineering and Contract Negotiation in Residential, Commercial and Infrastructure sectors from both client-side and developer environments.
