Project Management

APNA can undertake construction Project Management for individual projects whereby we can assist Clients, identifying and managing the execution of their construction related activities.

APNA can facilitate the briefing, design, procurement, implementation and hand-over of projects through an understanding and experience of the processes involved, knowledge of Client’s project objectives, procurement of design teams, communication with project teams and agreement of appropriate planning and control techniques.

We appreciate the need to guide many Clients who are not familiar with the construction process through its working methods and terminology and to make them aware of the potential risks involved in the various stages of the build process.
