Initial Monitoring Reports will include taking Client’s instructions, site inspections, review of all required information, liaising with funders, and reporting thereon.
Monthly Reports will review actual progress against targets, assess payments against approved budgets and costs to completion, highlighting relevant issues.
Final Completion Reports will include analysis of costs against budgets, review of statutory paperwork and contract issues.
