Client: St Fintan's Parish

The works comprised the demolition of the existing Parish Centre and covered link and construction of a new building with in situ concrete walls with rope effect and copper fascias to match the existing church.

The project also included a new car park access road and provision of demountable flood barriers to the new and existing buildings.

The area of the new building is approximately 400m2
